A new MMS scandal has erupted in Noida, and a girl’s intimate moments have become public, thanks to an estranged lover, who posted them on the Net. The Internet is a tool, and it is also being increasingly used for criminal activities. While on the one hand, the nation should be justifiably be proud of having an IT law and upgrading it, unfortunately the Bill was not even discussed when it was presented to Parliament, as has been the fate of most of the bills in the 14^th Lok Sabha, which just finished its term.
